Improving Your Sleep to Improve Your Quality of Life

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an estimated 50 to 70 million Americans have some form of sleep disorder. Regularly missing out on your z's – whether due to insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or restless legs syndrome – can result in daytime sleepiness, irritability, difficulty focusing, headaches, and even memory loss. Lack of sleep is also linked with developing high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression. Our fully accredited Sleep Center provides comprehensive sleep evaluations completed by certified, professional staff and interpreted by a board-certified sleep specialist to diagnose and treat your disorder. We have four beautifully furnished bedrooms to make you as comfortable as possible during your overnight stay, and we also have equipment for initial home sleep testing available.
