Diabetes Specialization

Amy Case, FNP-C, BC-ADM, CDCES and Julie Brown, RN Diabetic Educator, are both an integral part of King’s Daughters Primary Care Clinic. They specialize in diabetic prevention, diabetic care, and diabetic education. Amy’s work focuses on treating patients with prediabetes and diabetes to improve their lifestyle. This includes the latest in technology including continuous glucose monitoring devices, insulin infusion devices, and remote patient monitoring.

Julie focuses on diabetic education and nutrition classes that promote healthier living and risk reduction. Their work promotes an individual and team approach that gives their patients a combination of support.
