The Great PI Adventure

During the summer we had the Great PI Adventure. This team building effort was held in a large tent in a garden behind the hospital. It became known as PI boot camp. Alvin Hoover and Phil Campbell were the coaches and members of the management council functioned as facilitators for 22 sessions over a three week period. Performance Improvement activities and team building exercises were introduced, implemented and discussed by every team. The mandatory program was attended by 96% of KDMC staff and we learned many things about ourselves and our coworkers.
