We would be happy to forward a message to a current KDMC patient for you. Simply fill in the form below with your contact information, the patient's information, and your message. Your message will be printed and delivered to the patient within 24-hours on weekdays, and if you send your message on the weekend we'll deliver it on Monday.
Please do NOT send messages that are confidential or urgent.
NOTE: All messages received are screened by our staff for appropriateness before they are delivered to patients. Messages deemed inappropriate will not be delivered.
