Routine Classes for 2009
Full CPR classes are offered the 1st Wednesday night of every month. These classes are offered at no charge for employees of KDMC. They are open to the public for a $40.00 fee. These classes are held in the Education Annex and start at 6pm. Registration is required. The dates are as follows:

CPR Re-Cert Classes are offered the 3rd Wednesday of every month. These classes are offered at no charge for employees of KDMC. They are open to the public for a $25.00 fee if they already have a book. If they do not have a book the fee is $40.00. These classes are held in the Education Annex. We have a class start at 9am and a class that starts at 1pm. Registration is required. Extra classes will be added if needed. The dates are set as follows:

ACLS Full Live classes are offered on March 19 &20, June 18& 19, and Nov. 19 & 20, 2009.
ACLS One Day Re-Cert Classes will be offered on March 13, June 26, and Nov. 13, 2009.
These classes are offered to KDMC employees for a $20.00 fee. ACLS textbooks are $26.00. There is a $50.00 deposit that will be returned when you finish the class. These classes are open to the public for a fee of $150.00. These classes are held in different locations so make sure to check for class location. Classes starts at 8am and end at 5pm both days. You must have a valid CPR card, pre-register, and pick up your book. Under the new ACLS guidelines for the American Heart Association you must study for class.

ACLS Heartcode is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This class is offered to KDMC employees at no cost. It is open to the public for a fee of $150.00. The average time to complete ACLS Heartcode is 5 to 6 hours for a person who has had ACLS before and about 10 hours for new ACLS people. I need about 45 minutes to get you started and then you can self-study. Please call me if you have any questions.
Full 2 Day PALS classes will be offered on Feb. 26 & 27 2009 and Oct. 15 & 16, 2009.
One Day PALS Re-cert Classes will be offered on Feb 20 & Oct 9, 2009. These classes are offered to KDMC employees for a $20.00 fee. PALS textbooks are $31.00. There is a $50.00 deposit that will be returned when you finish the class. These classes are open to the public at a fee of $150.00. The classes are held in different locations. Make sure to check for class location. Class starts at 8am and ends around 3pm both days. You must have a valid CPR card, pre-register and pick up your new book. Extra classes will be added if needed.
Extra classes can be provided if there is a need and enough interest.
