Improving Athletic Performance

"Practice makes perfect" is no longer sufficient for today’s athletes.  But perfect practice and perfect training is what builds champions.  Requiring more specific athletic training than ever before, all levels of athletes from across the region come to King’s Daughters Medical Center’s Performance Center for elite training and conditioning.

Open since July 2012, the large indoor facility is unmatched in Southwest Mississippi.  Located behind the KDMC Fitness Center on Highway 51, The Performance Center specializes in training athletes at all levels as well as community members looking to achieve a new level of performance.

What you’ll find at The Performance Center:
  • KDMC Performance Center
    Customized workouts to meet your specific needs for the sports you play
  • Staff and coach-coordinated team workouts that maximize individual programs
  • All staff are Certified Speed Coaches
  • Batting cages, green turf floor, an extensive free weights area
  • Use of the fitness center equipment for comprehensive athletic training
  • Daily boot camp, speed and agility training classes.
